M1NT Restaurant serves what we believe the best beef in town. Aged Black Angus Beef and marble score 8-9 Wagyu Beef .

To make the aged beef we first start sourcing the best beef available; Australian 300 day grain feed Black Angus beef.

We then dry age the beef in house for thirty to forty days. This enhances the flavour and tenderness of the beef, creating what we believe is the best steak in Shanghai. This is truly for the serious steak lover.
All the steaks are then cut into steaks and grilled to your liking.

We serve three kinds of the aged cuts.

The 300g sirloin steak
 The 200g tenderloin steak
The 1kg on the bone rib eye.

Our Australian Wagyu beef has a marble score 8 to 9.

What does the marble score of wagyu beef tell?

 Marbling is the fat which appears as fine flecks within the muscle, to maximise this, the cattle must be on a highly nutritional diet, it is also affected by genetics and nutrients, a cut with a higher fat content means the steak will be juicier and have a more flavoursome meat. The effect will be at its greatest in the loin cut.
